As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (in accordance with Belgian e-commerce legislation).

Exceptions to returns:

• Personalized products, such as signed books or books with a personal message, cannot be returned unless there is damage or an error on our part.

How to return?

1. Please email cyder-books@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt.

2. After confirmation, please return the product undamaged to the specified return address.

3. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return package, using the same payment method.

Please note: you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

Received a damaged shipment?

That's very annoying and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please send within 3 days of receipt:

• a clear photo of the damage

• your order number
  to cyder-books@outlook.com

We will look into it immediately and provide an appropriate solution: a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
